High School (Grade 9 - 12)
In Grades 9 to 12 boys and girls are separate into our boys’ and girls’ sections within the high school. They are also separated into different classes based on subject choice.
RAIS prepares students for college and university based on U.S. and International standards. Starting in Grade 9 our students are introduced to a rigorous and supportive academic program that prepares students for gaining top grades in the American High School Diploma Program where students must obtain a minimum of 28 credits to graduate. We pride ourselves on the ability of our well-trained international teachers to ensure that every student has the tools they need to be successful both, in the classroom and beyond. Our small class sizes allow students to receive the individual attention they need to be successful.
Our high school program is based on the American Common Core State Standards (CCSS) in math, english, sciences, social studies, physical education and art. Our curriculum includes the skills, knowledge and expertise students need to succeed in work and life in the 21st century. At RAIS, we encourage critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration in all subjects and at all grade levels. These skills are introduced in elementary and middle school years and further developed in high school.
